Job Overview:

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a travel agency, for the position of Reservations & Ticketing Executive.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in airline reservations, ticketing, and sales, who can deliver excellent customer service while maximizing booking opportunities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Sabre GDS and a proven ability to convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services

• Manage reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds using Sabre GDS

• Promote and sell travel products, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize revenue

• Provide accurate fare quotations, itineraries, and travel advice

• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and chat channels

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction

• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reservations and ticketing within the travel industry

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS

• Sales experience is required (ability to upsell and convert leads into bookings)

• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Egypt Time)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle high-volume interactions and meet performance targets

• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline is a strong plus
