Customer Service Representative (Airline/Ticketing Experience Required)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related requests
Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Accurately use ticketing systems to process and manage requests
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers at all times
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service (non-sales roles preferred)
Mandatory: Strong experience in airline ticketing and travel industry operations
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Jordan Time)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a travel agency or airline-related role
