Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our clients’ online presence. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and paid advertising, with the ability to drive engagement and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms

• Manage accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights

• Conduct audience research and stay updated on industry trends

• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy

• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages

• Continuously test and improve campaigns for better performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in English

• Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
