Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to handle client interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Support basic sales activities and upselling when applicable
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support, call center, or a similar role
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high volumes of calls and inquiries
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
